You have the power to heal my friend. Let me help you remember how.
What does a Holistic Approach really mean?
Our healing is multifactorial. Attending to the whole person is crucial. This includes all aspects of our Being that feed our soul and give us life.
Healing from a Holistic approach means to look at a person not as independent systems, but as a collection of parts that make up a whole.
Holistic health is about bringing your whole person into harmony. We don’t chase symptoms. We are empowering you to find your balance again by addressing your physical, emotional, spiritual, interpersonal, and energetic needs.
For example, we can eat all the clean and healthy food we want, but if we are living in an unhealthy and stressful relationship, we cannot truly heal and find our authentic harmonious self.
Your overall health is our concern. We do not just prescribe a plan for you. We work WITH you to develop your unique plan and then we help you navigate the plan in practical achievable ways.
Primary Foods are not really food. We refer to our Primary Food when we talk about every other aspect of our life that is feeding (or not feeding) us energetically. Is your job draining you? Are you getting enough time in nature? How about your home environment? Is it clean and clear of clutter? Can we talk about your relationships? How are your interpersonal relationships? Are they feeding your soul? Are they deep and meaningful?
Primary Foods are just as important or even more important in some instances than are actual food which we refer to as Secondary Foods.
